In this session, a panel of experts will review the current issues and challenges around the implementation of technology resources in libraries. The session will include: - a tour of some technology delivery implementations - an introduction to infrastructure planning for technology design - a sample technology design session - a review of issues around technology choice and implementation questions - an overview of budget and support issues - time to tackle individual questions and problems brought by attendees Assignment: Please send along before the Institute specific technology questions or problems you are facing in your library that you wish some help with during this session. (mail to knagy@stanford.edu) We will share the questions and try to tackle as many as possible in the context of the session topics noted above.
