You've got to Know When to Hold 'em, Know When to Fold 'em . . . a
Process to sort out Services: Eliminate ?? Change?? Contract out??
Give Away?? Keep??
This workshop will share a proven process and some criteria to
objectively evaluate the services you currently offer. Attendees will
learn:
- how to involve staff, Board, and other stakeholders in an
analysis of all current services.
- a sequence of steps, looking at internal and external factors, to
decide what services to keep because they are valued by customers,
- how to change services to be more marketable (and potentially
revenue-producing)
- how to choose services to contract out or
discontinue
- how to develop and work with strategic partners to plan
the services the community needs, while avoiding duplication of services
- how to evolve into a market driven organization with built-in
evaluation of services.
